Avoid overthinking it. Pull that trigger as soon as you can, the easiest option is to use something like “yournamerealty.com” or just “yourname.com” the content of your site is much more important than your domain name.

  • Avoid Numbers and Hyphens:I’m a hypocrite. I have hyphens in my domain name. I registered this over 15 years ago, and the only reason I kept it was for the backlinks. Today, numbers and hyphens can cause confusion. I wouldn’t recommend it, as it’s tough to tell someone your domain with hyphens. Take it from my experience.

Performance will always be weaker with shared hosting, but it’s not a bad starting point. You can upgrade as your site or page generates more traffic.
